Right click on the san andreas package file and go to properties. Go to the digital signatures tab. Click on the name of signer present over there (only one option is available), then click on the details button. On the new pop-up box, click on view certificate. Then on the second pop-up box, click on install certificate.

For some reason the mouse doesn't work when i start up the game and I have to pause buffer while moving the cursor to get it to work how do i fix this? GTA SA mouse not working then blackscreen So i recently built my computer, and i wanted to play some SA, well i got into the game but the mouse wasn't working, so i pressed ESC, then it all went to a blackscreen, i restarted my pc through CTRL ALT DEL and here we are now, here are my specs, oh and i'm using Windows 10

Ok, here's the problem. Whenever I try to start Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, it just crashes two seconds later. I only get to see a black screen, nothing else. I tried the possible solutions I constanlty see. Changing compatibility mode, running as administrator, deleting the gta_sa.set file (which I never found), reinstalling, etc. Does anyone have any other ideas? I need to know. I can only tell you what worked for me. I deleted the 'gta_sa.set' file in the "User Files" section. The location is C:\Users\ (your username)\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files. Delete it (don't worry, it gets recreated when you start the game). Now start the game from the actual .exe file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand
Aye, got a similar problem, but on win10 now. The mouse can be moved in the menu and clickable objects in the menu get highlighted and play their sound but clicks seem to be not registered. Ingame the mouse
