For everyone saying will cemu and other newer cores work. The xbox one doesnt naturally support opengl. I guess the same applies for the series x. Some of these cores need opengl to run. Mupen core needs gl to run but thanks to a dev uses angle which is an interpreter.

There's no android xbox emulators AFAIK, and under Win 11 ARM you'll probably have no where near the performance required. The ones for PC are pretty hit and miss in current state. I've had small successes with Xbox 360 emulation, but Xbox Original has been a total pain to try and get working (and I've still had no success).
