No, none of the Spider-Man games on Xbox consoles are backwards compatible on the Xbox one or Series X. I think it’s due to those games being owned by Activision and Sony now owning the game rights. Activision lost the license, I believe. I don’t have an Xbox so I can’t confirm but I would imagine it is because they’ve made a HUGE deal
